Club Run Wed 11 Oct 17

The dark nights are upon us and the club is now in winter training mode, what this means is on Mondays there is a run but on Wednesday it is alternate speed training and hill training.

Tonight was hill training, where we did this training there are 3 roads that meet at the top of a hill, 2 of them are quite short but 1 is steeper than the other, the 3rd is quite long and gets steeper near the top.

The session was for 20 minutes getting as many hill climbs as you can in that time, I was on my third time round the circuit and was glad to see that time was up as I neared the top of the 3rd hill.

The total distance covered 4 miles, the run back to the club was done at a slower pace than the outrun.
